Adexen hiring Senior HR Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Act as point of entry for all HR matters
  • Ensure accurate data Input into SAP for joiners, leavers, reporting line change etc
  • Coordinate training requirements and perform administrative duties as Local Training Administrator
  • Assists with staff records filing and statutory monthly process
  • Manages staff onboarding process – ensures timely enrollment into healthcare insurance, life insurance, etc
  • Assists with documentation for annual updates to compensation program
  • Support in managing recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, feedback to candidates) and new starter inductions
  • Advises staff and management on HR policies and procedures and ensure full compliance with corporate and local rules and regulations
  • Coordinate training requirements and perform administrative duties as Local Training Administrator
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and responsible for office supply acquisitions
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Managing travel and hotel reservations
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and trainings
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in Human Resources or any related field of study
  • At least 3-5 years HR Experience and relevant knowledge in Office Administration, systems and procedures
  • Working experience within an international organization is preferred
  • Experience in the maritime or logistics industry is a plus
  • Excellent telecommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and French
